Shower pressure was as weak as my ability to resist a sale. But hey, who needs a powerful shower when you have high-speed internet and a mini bar, right?

It made our trip to Cebu an excellent experience. The room we had included a mini bar, climate control, and an individual safe.

the hotel is super clean, and the location is great - just a short walk to the Ayala Shopping Centre where there are lots of restaurants - cafes, and shops. The staff is amazing - always smiling, and ready to help. The front desk is very helpful, and check-in and check-out are seamless. The hotel even has universal powerpoints - so you don't need an adaptor to charge your devices. The breakfast included in our stay is awesome - with so many options to choose from, and the coffee is great too!

The standard king room was perfect and included a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet. the beds with down pillows were comfy. the location was favorable, close to all shops, restaurants, and a major shopping center.

I loved the friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel welcome, unlike the snobby staff I encountered at a 5-star hotel in Manila. The location was perfect, right in the business district and near a mall. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with modern facilities.

The restaurant was a disaster. The food was mediocre and tasteless, and my chicken curry had more bones than meat.

The whole experience was good. The hotel is fairly clean and brand-new. I loved the modern and brand-new rooms as well as the caring staff. The room included a safe, a mini-fridge-bar, and coffee/tea making facilities. The bed was comfy, I slept like a child. The location was exceptionally nice and perfect, so close to The Social. It was right by restaurants, the center, and the Philippines.

No reason to complain, the hotel met requirements. We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 4 nights, yet everything was modern. The atmosphere created was special! The location was good and unbeatable, for example, a large shopping mall was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was right in the center of Cebu. It was so convenient to be close to the major shopping center and only a short walk from Ayala mall. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked mini-bar. The staff here were amazing, always welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, including the best macaroons we've ever tasted. the service and facilities were top-notch and made our stay here truly enjoyable.
